Second Course: Oven Roast Game Hen Wrapped with String Potato, Served with Fresh Fruit Salsa
Third Course: Halibut Served with Raspberry-Champaign Sauce, and Seasonal Vegetables
Fourth Course: Homemade Fruit Coffee Cake
