new dinner menu

so, I changed the be-lated Valentine’s Day dinner a little bit.

First Course:  Puree of Chayote soup

Second Course:  Oven Roast Game Hen Wrapped with String Potato, Served with Fresh Fruit Salsa

Third Course:  Halibut Served with Raspberry-Champaign Sauce, and Seasonal Vegetables

Fourth Course:  Homemade Fruit Coffee Cake

Hope it will make a lot of you mouthwatering.
